Mrs. Kayleaser Deveaux-Isaacs (nee Moss), General Manager (Acting) has nearly 20 years of broadcasting experience. Before joining The Broadcasting Corporation of The Bahamas (BCB) in 2007, she worked at Fox News Channel (FNC) in New York City and Washington, DC. She acted as Producer many of the Fox News Channel and Fox Broadcast Live and Taped Productions including American Idol (Season I), Fox News Live, At Large w/Geraldo Rivera, On the Record w/Greta Van Susteren, Fox Report w/Shepard Smith, Fox News Specials: The Royal Wedding of Charles & Camilla, The DC Sniper, The Anna Nicole Smith Story, etc. She also worked on Fox News Radio productions including Fox News Radio w/John Gibson.

While at FNC she was awarded the inaugural Fox News Channel Apprentice Award by CEO Roger Ailes in 2004 and returned to FNC in 2014 as a special guest for the 10th Anniversary of the Ailes Apprentice Programme (AAP). In December 2012, she led the launch team of BCB’s HD system.

Prior to her career as a Broadcaster, she worked at the Bahamas Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Tourism, both in New York City while completing her Bachelor’s Degree from Bernard Baruch College and Master’s Degree from The New School University, both in New York City. She also earned a Diploma from Oxford University, England.

Mrs. Deveaux-Isaacs also served as the Bahamas representative on The Miss Universe (2009) Broadcast Committee in The Bahamas, Olympic Games (2012) Broadcast Coverage discussions in Barbados, and IAAF World Relays, Bahamas (2014) Local Coverage Committee. She has worked in television and theatre (stage) productions in New York City as a Producer and Actor.

MR. STANLEY B. PINDER Deputy General Manager for Radio & Northern Service

With Associate Degrees in Electronics & Communications as well as Journalism & Mass Communication from the College of The Bahamas, Stanley B. Pinder has dedicated over 30 years of broadcasting service in both radio and television. Mr. Pinder joined the Broadcasting Corporation of the Bahamas as a Production Assistant in the early 80’s and later held the position of Technical Supervisor for all news and technical operations from 1980 through 1992.
In 1992 he served as the ZNS Program Manager for Excellence in Christian Broadcasting, and in 2003 through 2007 served as Deputy Director of radio production. During the period 2010-2014 Mr. Pinder served as Director of Radio.
Presently Mr. Pinder is the Deputy General Manager for the Northern Service/Radio. Mr. Pinder also serves as a proud member of Emmanuel Gospel Chapel.
