• Able to work independently, meet deadlines under pressure,
• And execute assignments with minimal supervision.

• Bachelors Degree in Communications
• 6 years experience in the field

• Possess an outstanding grasp of oral and written communication;
• Highly organized with an ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
• Ability to see the big picture, assign reporters, edit scripts, video/audio and ensure that all stories are accurate and balanced;
• Monitor stories that merit coverage, understand what makes a good story and possess “news judgment”;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Ability to find quick solutions to problems;
• Possess strong leadership skills with an ability to think on his/her feet when breaking news occurs
